Going to be installing this really nice filled and (http://maplered.com) honed travertine in my bathroom.  The floors, shower walls, and (http://maplered.com) the tub skirt will be tiled with 12x12's. The custom 42x40inch shower base in moasic Tiles (http://www.g682.net) .
 
I'm wondering does this travertine need to be sealed? or does anything in particular need to be done to it?
